At Invisible Armor, we do more than fix phones. We provide peace of mind.
Since 2009, we’ve proudly served our community from our MainPlace Mall location and beyond, offering honest advice, quality repairs, and reliable devices. Whether you're here for a quick screen replacement, looking to buy or sell a phone, or just need help figuring out what’s wrong with your device, we’re the place you can count on for transparency and trust.
We don’t believe in pressure tactics or unnecessary upsells. If it doesn’t need to be fixed, we’ll tell you. If there's a smarter or more affordable option, we'll walk you through it. We’re also the place people turn to when the big guys say it can’t be fixed or that your only option is to buy a new phone. We take a different approach built on honesty, effort, and finding solutions that make sense.
We stay up to date with the latest tools, technology, and skills so we can continue giving our customers the best experience possible. The name Invisible Armor reflects what we stand for: protection, integrity, and support that might not always be seen but is always felt. Our work, our service, and our word all matter deeply to us.
But the journey to get here wasn’t easy.
Invisible Armor wasn’t always Invisible Armor. Like many small businesses, we went through a few name changes and identity shifts before we found our voice. One of our founders got their start as a kid, working flea markets with their dad. That’s where the entrepreneurial spirit took hold. From those humble beginnings grew a passion for business, community, and service.
Sleepless nights, migraines, and tears were part of the grind that got us here. It’s because of those struggles that we’re forever thankful for each new day we get to serve you.
You may not see it, but there were times we came close to throwing in the towel. When no customers came through the door. When we had to choose between paying the light bill or ordering parts and just hope for one more day. There were moments we didn’t take a paycheck. Making sure our team got paid meant more.
Living through those seasons taught us grit and gave us a whatever-it-takes mindset. For Janeth and Alfonso, quitting was never an option. There are too many people cheering us on, too many dreams riding on this business to let it go.
Invisible Armor was built with heart. We’ve been blessed to work with family and friends along the way, and giving back through jobs, service, and support is what keeps us going. When you walk through our doors, you're not just a customer. You become part of something special.
And yes, we really do happy dances when you refer someone, come back again, or show us your kid who just got their first phone. We've grown up with our customers, and we're honored to keep growing with you.
We’re excited about the future, about expanding our services, staying ahead of the curve, and continuing to serve our community with the same heart and hustle that got us here.
Whether it’s your first visit or your sixteenth, we’re grateful you’re here and ready to help however we can.
