PRE-OWNED DEVICE WARRANTY

All pre-owned phones, tablets, smartwatches, and other eligible devices purchased from Invisible Armor include a 90-Day Limited Warranty.

Exchange Policy

  • No refunds.
  • Devices may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • A device may only be exchanged two (2) times during the 30-day exchange period.

Customers may also sell their device back through our Buy Back Program. Buy-back offers are based on current market value.

Warranty Covers

  • Full functionality unless the device was sold AS-IS and disclosed before purchase.
  • Every pre-owned device is professionally inspected, tested, and verified to have a clean IMEI before sale.

If a warranty repair cannot be completed, Invisible Armor may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the device.
  • Replace the device with a comparable model.
  • Allow the customer to upgrade by paying the price difference.
  • Issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Cosmetic damage.
  • Unauthorized repairs.
  • Jailbroken or rooted devices.
  • Altered IMEI or serial numbers.

Replacement devices issued under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period.
